SAMANTHA SADOFF.
Samantha is a BIPOC LGBTQIA+ filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA, with a lifelong passion for storytelling. She began her career in the entertainment industry at the age of seven as a SAG-AFTRA actress before discovering her love for working behind the camera. In high school, Samantha designed and co-taught the school’s only multimedia class, standing out as an admit to the University of Southern California where she graduated in May 2020 as a Renaissance Scholar with a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production and a minor in Gender Studies.
Since then, Samantha has worked across multiple facets of the entertainment industry, finding her current creative home running RICH YOUTH PRODUCTIONS, a media and production company curated by Hayley Kiyoko -- a prolific songwriter, artist, director and actress, as well as a strong voice for LGBTQIA+ rights. Here, she leads the development of high-quality, high-concept film, TV, and mixed media content that spreads hope to future generations by amplifying and empowering queer, POC, and women-centered narratives.
